This course concentrates on developing the knowledge and skills required to project a positive and self-assured image and how to use assertiveness to build rapport and gain co-operation. The course also concentrates on developing self-awareness for a more fulfilling life, both in the workplace (to build your profile), and at home.

The objectives for this course are to:

  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Understand assertiveness and your rights
  • Learn how to recognise your own and others different behavioural styles
  • Build confidence and self-assurance as a ‘way of being’
  • Know how to make and refuse requests effectively and with courtesy

  • Gain tips towards assertiveness
  • Learn how to recognise different behavioural styles
